Job Description
Our client aleader in the life sciences and diagnostics industry is looking for a OrderFulfillment Specialistbased out ofIndianapolis IN.
Duration: Long Term Contract(PossibilityOf Further Extension)
Pay Rate: $26/hr on W2
Order Fulfillment isresponsible for successful order to delivery experience for clients hospitalclinic lab etc. customers. The Order Fulfillment Specialist answers customerorder inquiries via phone and email. This includes but is not limited toanalyzing/troubleshooting problems with nonfunctioning products and/orservices or orders pricing invoicing logistics etc. An Order FulfillmentSpecialist is required to identify problem areas and recommends correctivesolutions while resolving inquiries. Most communication isvia phone and email while order placement and review is accomplished throughSAP and Salesforce systems. Respond to customer inquiries concerning ordersfrom inception to delivery including anticipating any problems concerns andrectifying proactively. Submitting order replacement return credit debitand order change actions is a common function of the role. Processes may differby nuance and are documented under procedural guidelines.
