We are seeking a seasoned global sales leader to drive new commercial growth of our new software subscription offerings.
How Youll Find Success
  • Collaborate with Edge leadership to craft and implement a global sales strategy aimed at expanding our DaaS offerings with a focus on identifying highgrowth opportunities target customer segments and competitive differentiation.
  • Drive revenue growth by leveraging expertise in Data as a Service (DaaS) combined with Generative AI applications in the human experience domain to achieve 50 annual business expansion.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to influence and close highvalue sevenfigure deals across global markets ensuring strategic alignment and longterm value creation.
  • Consistently deliver outstanding client experiences particularly for largescale contracts by fostering trust exceeding expectations and driving results.
  • Cultivate a highperforming innovative sales culture that emphasizes collaboration continuous learning and the sharing of best practices.
  • Exhibit a strong grasp of commercial acumen including deal structures pricing strategies and profitability metrics.
  • Champion a mindset of continuous improvement and transformation guiding teams to adapt and excel in a rapidly evolving AI Data market landscape.
  • Lead and support sales teams through change inspiring confidence and driving success in times of transformation.
How Youll Grow
  • As a founding member of a new team within Edge there is tremendous potential to grow.
  • Ability to own strategic initiatives with executive exposure/ sponsorship that have massive organizational impact for one of the major multiyear bets at the company.
  • Be the thought partner and stay current by exploring new AI opportunities and advancements in B2B and XM space.
Things Youll Do
  • Interface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects at all levels of an organization.
  • Display a systemic approach to handling meaningful contract negotiations/deals with multiple reps at a time.
  • Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of Qualtrics solution offerings including strong competency in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and how it will shape the insights industry.
  • Maintain a realtime understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in building winbased proposals and pricing.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for deals

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with other functional areas internally at Qualtrics e.g. Professional Services Implementation Subject Matter Experts etc to ensure a collaborative approach
  • Get actively involved in sales cycles to coach AEs and bring deals to close
What Were Looking For On Your Resume
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software subscription sales
  • Strong commercial proficiency with SaaS and Data management technologies
  • Proven experience in leadership of a larger scale diverse and global sales functions
  • Bachelors or advanced degree in business sciences technology or engineering.
  • Comfortable in a fastpace unstructured and highly competitive environment
  • Exceptional communication presentation and storytelling skills
