We are an industry specialized in the manufacturing of components for electric hybrid and internal combustion vehicles. We have the support of 4000 employees across 6 countries operating in 13 production units and 3 engineering centers to serve over 100 clients.

At Draxton Teruel our foundry plant located in Utrillas we are looking to hire someone to take on the role of Human Resources Manager.
In this position you will be responsible for creating and implementing HR initiatives that promote a healthy work environment ensure an appropriately sized workforce and address the operational needs of the plant.
This position reports to the Plant Management and the Talent and Culture Management of Europe and Asia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define the organizational structure of the plant including the number and level of human resources required for optimal performance.
- Represent the plant in front of public administrations official bodies and employee representation.
- Lead negotiations for agreements and contracts with the works council following the guidelines of the Group.
- Promote actions that encourage staff involvement commitment and integration with the companys goals fostering a high level of satisfaction and reducing labor incidents.
- Design and apply sociolabor policies on topics such as conflict resolution absenteeism collective agreements labor relations and relationships with unions and employers organizations.
- Develop strategic HR policies in key areas such as internal communication training performance evaluation recruitment participation and compensation.
- Manage the departments budget ensuring its proper .
- Train and develop your team of 3 people maximizing their talent with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
To be selected you will need:
- A university degree in Psychology Labor Relations or Law.
- Specific training in Human Resources (Masters postgraduate or specialized programs).
- Solid experience in strategic people management ideally in industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation union relations and collective bargaining.

- Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday (between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. and departure after 4:30 p.m.
- Intensive Fridays: work from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to start the weekend early.
- Summer intensive hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from July 22 to August 16.
- 30 natural vacation days per year.
- Flexible compensation (meal vouchers daycare).
