Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Reach out to customers educating them on the benefits of upgrading to the latest version of our software and guiding them through the transition.
2. Consultative Support: Provide detailed answers to customer inquiries explaining new features and functionalities and assisting with technical or logistical concerns related to the migration.
3. Upselling and CrossSelling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products services or upgrades that enhance customer experience.
4. Onboarding Assistance: Help new users onboard to the upgraded system smoothly providing resources training and technical support as needed.
5. Feedback Collection: Gather insights and feedback from customers to relay to the product team helping shape future improvements.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Sales and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering business marketing or a related field.
Proven experience of 2 years in a customerfacing role such as Customer Success Account Management Technical Support or Sales preferably in a software or technology company.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven ability to recognize and act on upsell opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proactive and resourceful in resolving customer issues with a focus on delivering solutions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
