Job Description
Business Growth:
Assist the head of consulting practice in business
development within and outside the organization.
Actively engage in pursuit management activities
collaborating with the NA / UK counterparts
Capability Building: Enhance overall (including self and
teams) practice capability by contributing to point of views in
client discussions industry forums whitepapers etc.
Profitability:
Drive higher self and team utilization
Proactively manage the resource load and
profitability for prospective engagements
Project Delivery: Lead or support complex endtoend
business and operations transformation projects to meet
efficiency and effectiveness target consisting of following
few and other as per market demand
a.Process Mining
b.Automation COE setup Assessment Citizen
development
c.Analytics / Gen Ai / Agentic AI solutions
d.Platform Solutions i.e. App development
decommissioning migration
e.Process Led Technology Transformations
f.Build Target Operating models
g. Must be able to create end to end transformation blue
print and architecture using Industry leading tools and
technologies.
• Must have hands on experience in solutioning and design
of operating / technology models
Experience:
15 years of relevant experience in end to project
lifecycle from domain/operations and technology side
with across verticals in India. BFS / INS / HC / LS /
CMT / P&R)
Has at least 8 years’ experience in consulting
organization or Consulting division of service provider
leading/contributing to end to end transformation like
oOperating model design
oRobotics process assessment and deployment.
oTechnology change management in individual
and Program /Project Management capacity for
any large Health care or CMT client.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales division with
good track record of creating client presentations and
proposals
Good market trend understanding of across verticals
Solid and demonstrable end to end project management
experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong business acumen
Proven ability to build strong and trusted relationships
with midsenior leadership in past engagements
Strong change management skills
Qualifications/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black belt
Industry specific / domain certifications would be an
added advantage
