Job Description
- Focusing on expanding client base by proactively identifying and sourcing custom plastic injection molding opportunities for production
- Demonstrating technical features of injection molding capabilities to prospective clients
- Driving sales by building while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Traveling to customer sites and providing personalized service and support as well as managing onsite visits to showcase the facility and processes
- Collaborating with Engineering teams to develop accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
- Consistently meeting and exceeding established sales goals tracking progress and adjusting strategies to maximize success
Requirements
- Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in engineering (plastics preferred)
- 5 years of experience in a technical sales engineer or business development role within the Injection molding industry
- Solid foundation of technical knowledge of custom plastic injection molding
- Bachelor s degree in engineering (plastics preferred)
