Emergency & Critical Care Veterinary Nurse Parttime or Fulltime

ARH is well equipped with CT MRI digital radiology ultrasound endoscope inhouse laboratory ventilators patient monitors and sophisticated emergency and surgical facilities. ARH utilises fully integrated Rx works software and operates with Smartflow electronic hospital charting. We also have the added advantage of internal referral to our associate specialist departments in surgery medicine and advanced imaging.
We have both parttime and fulltime roles available in our nursing team our nurses are highly valued and encouraged to utilise their skills and work autonomously to support our specialist veterinarians in providing exceptional patient care. Nurses also have access to regular free inhouse continuing education sessions to develop their existing skillset and knowledge.
What Youll Do:
Triage and admit emergency patients
Provide direct care for critically ill patients
Perform diagnostics treatments and anaesthesia
Monitor and record patient care accurately
Liaise with staff and clients
What Were Looking For:
Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing with 2 years of clinical experience
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Interest in ECC and a proactive positive attitude
Experience in emergency/specialist hospitals is a bonus but not essential!
