Responsibilities:
Ensures the deliverability of project outputs within the parameters of time cost and quality as defined within the SoW
Manages and maintains a plan to define the work to be done and track progress against resources time and budget
Establishes a cohesive team of skilled individuals with clearly defined roles & responsibilities
Defines the ways of working to establish a cadence for delivery
Acts as a servant leader to coach and support the team whilst removing obstacles and blockers that impede progress
Ensures communication flows across the team the client and other 3rd parties where appropriate
Manages the relationship with the client to ensure alignment and engagement
Keeps the team & client) focused on delivering against the project / product vision and objectives
Manage a portfolio of customer projects/programs balancing customers needs and profitable outcomes
Qualifications :
6 years project and program level experience with Financial modeling and commercial management experience
Fluent English is a must
Communication negotiation and facilitation skills
Work scheduling planning and defining ways of working experience
Program/Project management (shaping resource planning/forecasting budgeting status reporting risk/ issue management etc.
Portfolio management (tracking control and intervention)
Senior/C Level stakeholder management & engagement
Managing team dynamics conflict and motivating people
