Job Description
Lead Associate Finance Ability to manage a team of 10 to 15 membersExcellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent people management skillsStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in using ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite or any other tools) and other standard tools such as Microsoft Excel GDS.Excellent analytical presentation skills with attention to detail and problem solving ability.Familiarity with process documentation as per ISO standard.Past experience in BPO/Shared services is preferred.Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate internally with the team to meet the sameMonitor the SLAs (TAT Accuracy & Productivity) and to ensure that we perform without being Out of SLA by mitigating any such risksTo liaise with the Team Manager to meet the client requirementsTo guide and assist the team in carrying out their daily tasksTo conduct regular process health checks to ensure process is in a positive and acceptable rangeNeed to work in the US time zone.
