Job Description
- Day to day operational activities:
- ccounts payable Posting of incoming vendor invoices maintaining records of
- expenditures in SAP (purchase order or nonpurchase orderbased)
- Master record creation and capitalization of fixed assets (purchase orderrelated and in a
- dedicated module in SAP)
- General ledger accounting
- Monthend closing activities
- Preparation of reports for internal departments
- Participation in external and internal audits
Qualifications :
- University degree in Accounting/Finance
- Professional experience in accounting min 3 years
- Experience in SAP (financial module)
- Excellent command of English
- Highly organized
- Initiative able to prioritize and plan workload work accurately to deadlines multitask
- with conflicting demands
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office package skills
- Must display willingness to assist and add value
