Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Designing and implementing eCommerce processes in a SAP S/4HANA landscape.
- eShop Rollouts: Planning managing and executing international eshop rollouts with a focus on standardized and scalable solutions.
- eCommerce Integration: Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration (e.g. ERP CRM).
- Process Optimization: Analyzing and enhancing existing eCommerce and customer processes while considering industryspecific requirements.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conducting test procedures troubleshooting and supporting hypercare phases after implementation.
- Training & Support: Assisting and training international teams in adopting new systems and eCommerce processes.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Degree in (Business) Informatics eCommerce IT Management or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Several years of experience in developing and implementing eCommerce solutions as well as managing international rollouts.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA SAP Commerce Cloud SAP Customer Experience (CX) or similar systems
- Experience in interfaces and system integration.
Knowhow:
- Proven expertise in at least one of following areas: Loyalty & Campaign Management Claims and Returns Management Customer Request Management from a technical perspective.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum SAFe) and project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
Languages:
- Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.

- Thrives in dynamic fastpaced and changing environments with a strong focus on customer orientation and change management.
Personality:
