Job Description
Our client is a is a global leader in offshore wind energy specialising in the development construction and operation of offshore wind farms. The company focuses on harnessing wind power to provide renewable electricity at scale contributing to the global transition to sustainable energy. They operate some of the worlds largest offshore wind farms primarily in Europe North America and Asia.
We are currently seeking an Offshore Installation Manager to manage sub scopes of the Foundation T&I installation incl. technical and commercial assessment of different installation methodologies and equipment
Ensure quality and safety compliance of T&I contractors documentation.
Coordinate Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) acceptance including sourcing of MWS.
Continuous interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure schedule cost technical quality and safety aspects of the T&I and project impact are managed.
Ensure all loadout transport and installation tasks are performed to rsted acceptable standards partially by own physical attendance.
Capture and communicate lessons learned.
Feed input to R&D O&M and other internal stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Possess strong project management capabilities with a structured serviceminded and flexible approach to the assigned scope
- are a great team player selfstarting highly motivated and show willingness to travel
- 3 years of experience as offshore installation manager or similar role within Foundation T&I in offshore wind
- Should have experience working on European projects
- Experience working with EU tenders would be a plus but not required
- Has GWO and HUET certificates
- Hybrid working travel to Denmark Poland Holland as required
