We are currently seeking a selfmotivated results oriented IT Network and Security Project Manager. It is Micro Centers core promise to take care of our associates and customers which has led to our success over the last 40 years!

The IT Network and Security Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects related to network infrastructure and IT security solutions. This role involves overseeing the planning and completion of network and security projects while ensuring they align with business objectives compliance standards and industry best practices.

MAJOR RESONSIBILITIES:

Project Management & :

• Plan execute and oversee IT network and security projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
• Identify project risks dependencies and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams vendors and external partners to ensure successful project .

Network Infrastructure & Security Implementation:

• Manage and oversee the design deployment and optimization of network security solutions (firewalls VPNs IDS/IPS etc.
• Work closely with network engineers security teams and compliance officers to maintain security standards.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination:

• Act as the primary liaison between IT business units and thirdparty vendors.
• Communicate project updates risks and progress to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Train and mentor team members on security and network best practices.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT project management focusing on network and security projects.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies (LAN WAN VPN SDWAN) and security solutions (Firewalls IDS/IPS SIEM IAM).
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the Ubiquiti brand is a plus.
