Yellowstone Clubs Facilities department is currently seeking candidates for aFacility Engineer Internfor the upcoming Summer season! Our Summer employment dates are MaySeptember.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting Vice President and Director of Facilities in day to day activities
- Organizing and linking plan sheets to assets
- Review of O&M manuals and input into preventative maintenance software
- Tracking of asset preventative maintenance
- Review of O&M manuals to ensure proper preventive maintenance is taking place.
- Planning and scheduling new construction and mechanical system projects
- Developing capital expenditure estimates for future work. This includes calling and coordinating subcontractor work.
- Tracking of maintenance projects construction schedule and weekly updates.
- Assisting maintenance project manager and superintendent on pay applications submittals contractors and construction schedules.
- Working with Vice President of facilities fleet and transportation on repair analysis and tracking pre drive checklists.
- Onsite fuel system tracking
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Currently enrolled in an engineering program or facility management program.
The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky Montana.
