Skills that will raise your value:
- Reliable transportation to get to the shop.
- Takes pride in doing honest work every day.
- Has a minimum of 1 year experience in construction/building. (preferred but not required).
- Has a basic understanding of job site safety.
- OSHA 10 certification will be required within 6 months of hire date (we will assist with this).
- Can read a tape measure accurately.
- Team Leader
- Blueprint Reading
- Framing
- Sheet metal work
- Roofing
- Siding
- Carpentry
- Can work hand tools safely with good awareness of surroundings.
- Accurately track and note all damaged materials or overages/shortages to be reported by the end of that working day to Crew Leader.
- Basic understanding of power tools and how to operate safely.
- Can cooperate & execute in anticipation or foresight of the work at hand.
- Demonstrates initiative & desire to help/serve.
- Framing experience
- Jobsite awareness

Experienced construction worker to help with our growing demand.
