Job Description
Our client is a familyowned and operated business who have been transforming properties across Townsville Burdekin Charters Towers and Hinchinbrook since 1982. They specialize in building renovations demolition asbestos removal and fully licensed plumbing services.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Maintenance Person for ongoing casual work.This role involves performing a wide range of tasks various properties from new homes to renovations as well as fencing and outdoor solutions. This is a casual position with ongoing work for the right candidate.
Responsibilities;
- Using your experience and a range of skills to perform a range of tasks such as hanging doors painting plastering works and cross trade skills with elements of electrical plumbing or carpentry work
- Customer Service:Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner providing clear communication and addressing their needs.
- Problem Solving:Identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Safety:Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Time Management:Manage your time effectively to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in handyman/maintenance work.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Construction White Card
- Own PPE
- Own tools preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
