About the Role
Working with the CARE model you will strive to enhance the lives of young people in our residential Out of Home Care and Supported Independent Living programs incorporating a therapeutic trauma informed approach.
Working with young people you will help create a home like environment and tailor your support to the individual needs of each young person. Supporting young people to attain their educational goals undertake extracurricular activities in line with their interests and supporting their connection to community and family.
We have multiple positions available commencing on a casual contract however there are opportunities to move to permanent rostered positions once onboard.
We require you to be able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Please note:Our residential care service in Darwin runs a 24/7 roster model so there will be opportunities to pick up sleepover active nights or weekend shifts when available. However the Supported Independent Living houses run off a drop in support model with shifts often being between 48 hours.
Successful applicants will be invited to a group interview on Wednesday 11th June 2025.
