Job Description
A nationally recognized defense firm in Seattle is seeking a senior litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a very strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a team atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be responsible for document reviews and organization assessing evidence document database management witness interviews and investigation. Our firm is dedicated to the longterm professional development of our paralegals. Working with us means that you will enjoy a respectful environment that celebrates diverse backgrounds and experiences. We offer a HYBRID (work some days from home) schedule.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 6 years of litigation experience AND some Casualty practice
Must have a high level of the following:
- Attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Medical records
- Preparing subpoenas
- Discovery requests and responses
- Conducting background and fact investigations
- Assisting attorneys in both state and federal court trials in Washington.
Must be proficient with the following software and programs:
- Relativity
- Westlaw
- Case Notebook
- Eclipse
- Sanction
- Trial Pad
- CourtTrax
