TPFRecruitment the leading provider of accountancy practice professionals in Ashford is representing a growing firm of chartered accountants based in Ashford whoare looking to bolster their team with the addition of an Audit and AccountsSenior in a role offering excellent progression potential and careeradvancement prospects.
Thisleading firm of accountants provides accountancy tax audit and advisoryservices to a mix of clients across Kent and the South East includingcorporates professional services and not for profit organisations across avariety of different industry sectors primarily focused on ownermanagedbusinesses.
Joining theteam as an Audit and Accounts Senior you will have responsibility for auditaccountancy and tax services to an exciting client base. You will have agenuine opportunity to progress and develop in your audit career and thisposition will offer exposure to accounts audit and tax.
The remitof the position and the level of audit work can be built around the applicantsexperience and aspirations ranging from 3050 audit dependent on the individual.
The Audit and AccountsSenior duties will be:
- Planning and delivery of audit/accounts assignments
- Supervise junior staff during the audit and review their work
- Deliver the audit file to the assignment manager in timelymanner
- Manage client communication in effective manner
- Coach other staff for improved performance and technicaldevelopment
- Mentoraudit and accounts trainees
Requirements
- You will be ACA/ACCA part qualified or qualified with a strong background in audit or audit and accounts with demonstrable audit experience gained within a practice environment as an Audit Semi Senior/ Senior /Associate.
- Your experience will have been gained in a Top Tier/Mid Tier/Top 50 or large/medium independent accountancy practice.
- You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills both internally and directly with clients experience of supervising others and delegation of work along with organisational skills.
