Job Description
Your mission
Customer support
- Provide technical support for RFQ/RFP.
- Ensure regular technical discussions with customers.
- Organize technical workshops.
- Key account technical follow up.
Technical expertise
- Communication with HQ in China and EMEA HQ in Germany for product development (in English language).
- Secure local product knowledge.
- Technical Document Management.
- Continuous training.
Standard / regulation analysis
- Local regulation follow up.
- Product certification.
Market intelligence
- Frequent benchmarking of our products against competition.
- Local Market figures.
Your profile
- University studies in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor or Master) or similar university studies in an Engineering discipline are mandatory.
- Several years of working experience in the Energy and Electricity sector ideally in Solar / Photovoltaic industry.
- Fluent French (min. C1 and English (min. B2 language skills are mandatory. Daily working languages will be French and English.
- Proactive dynamic and customer oriented personality.
- High problem solving ability.
- Selfmotivated and performance driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel national and international from time to time (around 46 times/year).
