Job Description
Mechanical Estimator
Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $80k$100k
Konik is partnered with a growing company who is adding a Construction Estimator to their team. Strong benefits and car allowance offered.
Mechanical Estimator Responsibilities:
- Takeoffs for mechanical projects such as sheet metal plumbing and pipefitting
- Create estimates for up to multi million projects
- Communicate with subcontractors for proposals
- Utilize cost savings approaches when able
Mechanical Estimator Requirements:
- 2 years of HVAC estimating experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for plumbing and HVAC projects
- Experience with design build and installation of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects
- Strong communication skills
