Job Description
A leading real estate management company is seeking a seasoned Regional Real Estate Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio of 10000 multifamily units in the TriState area. This role requires an expert in real estate operations with a proven track record in managing largescale portfolios. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in property management deep knowledge of Yardi software and extensive familiarity with the complexities of the TriState market.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee operations for a portfolio of 10000 multifamily units ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Utilize Yardi software to monitor property performance track expenses and generate detailed reports.
- Ensure all properties comply with local state and federal regulations in the TriState area.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational workflows and maximize NOI.
- Lead property management teams providing training support and performance evaluations.
