The LAcoustics Creative Software team is looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team of engineers and designers.
The team develops a range of marketleading professional software control applications and embedded audio products for live music events festivals sound installations and more.
Our product range is focused on highchannel count spatial audio sound reinforcement solutions for the most discerning audio productions from studio to stage. We offer a full system approach where every component is designed to work seamlessly with the rest of the system.
As part of the Creative Software UX/UI Team your responsibilities are:
Development & Structuring
Component Library Creation:
Design develop and structure a comprehensive fullstack component library using React TypeScript and CSS.
Design System Implementation:
Contribute to the deployment and continuous evolution of our internal Design System ensuring consistency and scalability.
Support & Knowledge Transfer
Team Enablement:
Provide technical and pedagogical support to project teams ensuring smooth adoption of the developed components.
Best Practices Promotion:
Share insights and enforce best practices in both frontend and backend development to maintain highquality standards.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Working with Designers:
Work closely with the design team to ensure visual consistency and an optimal user experience across all platforms.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our Front and Back End practices.
Requirements:
35 years in Full stack development with experience in React or TypeScript and CSS.
Proven experience in delivery or implementation of Design Systems.
Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and the needs of design teams.
Proactive selfdriven and capable of structuring a project from scratch.
Enjoy working in crossfunctional teams and thrive in collaborative environments.
Bac 5 in Computer Science or equivalent.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
