Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Surrey Canada. As a key member of our organization you will oversee all warehouse operations ensuring they are conducted safely securely and efficiently in compliance with local health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the warehouse team promoting a collaborative and organized work environment
- Oversee the receiving storing and shipping of materials ensuring proper documentation and efficient space utilization
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to meet customer needs and resolve any delivery or receiving issues promptly
- Implement and maintain safety protocols ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Manage the maintenance schedule for delivery vehicles and material handling equipment
- Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline supply chain operations
- Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements to senior management
- Stay updated on industry best practices and implement innovative solutions to enhance warehouse operations
Qualifications :
- High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse management and team supervision
- At least 2 years of handson material handling experience
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in warehouse management software and inventory control systems
- Intermediate math skills and analytical thinking
- Indepth knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to develop comprehensive product knowledge relevant to the organization
- Forklift certification (required for operators)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed

- Salary Range $45000 $47500
