Job Description
Seeking a dedicated and collaborative leader with a passion for early childhood education. This individual will have experience in coaching mentoring and supporting educators in a bilingual early learning environment. They will foster a culture of collaboration and reflective practice ensuring highquality learning experiences for children from birth to age five. They will provide training and professional development for teaching staff while maintaining rich engaging learning environments. This position pays $68000 per year and offers medical vision dental paid time off 401K and other voluntary benefits.
Position Highlights
- Oversee academic programming curriculum implementation and professional development for the Early Learning Academy (CenterBased).
- Provide coaching training and inclassroom support for 17 educators to enhance child outcomes and maintain highquality bilingual early childhood education.
- Analyze program assessments (Teaching Strategies GOLD CLASS scores) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards and track program progress through monthly reports.
- Supervise and mentor staff ensuring classroom coverage teacher development and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership community partners and funders on child development and education initiatives.
- Manage educational resources and oversee the procurement of supplies for impactful learning experiences.
- Facilitate Family Child Reviews and support crossprogram professional development efforts.
- Contribute to the Early Learning Academy Leadership Team to drive program excellence and school readiness.
- Participate in community and funderrelated meetings and engage in other duties as assigned.
