Job Summary/Basic Functions
Position works within the IT Academic Technology team consisting of Students and IT professionals in the daily support and maintenance of AudioVisual technologies throughout EKUs 400 technology equipped spaces.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:Student currently enrolled as as a Major in an IT/Technical field and looking for experience with AV/IT hardware systems and wiring
Job Duties:
- 25 Troubleshooting and supporting AV technology systems in classrooms conference rooms event spaces and other areas as requested from Faculty and Staff technology users (Essential)
- 25 Installing and configuring new AV technologies as directed by Academic Technology Engineering (Essential)
- 25 Administering System Updates Testing and Maintenance activities in all 400 EKU campus technology spaces and documenting assets and escalated issues (Essential)
- 25 Writing/updating problem ticket logs system technical information and asset control documentation (Essential)
