Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic entrepreneurialminded goalachiever to become a part of our cohesive and collaborative Sales Success Team. We are looking for someone to join our company and partner on a new client project that aims to provide market expansion strategies using direct sales methods with a focus on delivering superior customer experiences. The Sales Success Representative will be responsible for overseeing a designated territory as assigned by the Sales Account Manager and will manage the endtoend process of initial outreach customer signup delivery and experience. As the Sales Success Representative you will interact directly with our upperlevel management consumers clients and industryleading executives.

Our ideal Sales Success Representative thrives in a fastpaced environment and loves variation in their workdays. You have a passion for entrepreneurship sales innovation and communications. You will design and implement sales and outreach strategies that prioritize the customers needs first. You will learn to develop realistic sales forecast reports to deliver to the Sales Account Manager and client to predict quarterly growth and expansion. You will be instrumental in managing the sales pipeline ensuring that our team is utilizing industryleading sales techniques and ultimately partnering with our Account Executives to understand our business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Deliver superior product presentations using valuebased sales strategies and empathizing with the customers needs directly facetoface
  • Nurture current and active customer relationships to upsell future service levels and utilize our portfolio of products and services available
  • Attending daily training sessions to stay uptodate on client and product knowledge industryleading sales techniques and outreach methods and reviewing compliance standards and regulations
  • Actively search for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales training and onboarding procedures
  • Work crossfunctionally with the Sales Success Team and the Client Account Manager to drive incremental market expansion and revenue

What You Should Have:

  • 12 years of relevant work experience in a customerfacing or outreach role. Specifically individuals with backgrounds in Hospitality Promotions or Sales do exceptionally well at our firm.
  • Selfmotivated dedicated team player with innovative ideas to inspire growth and development
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build dependable relationships among customers and team members alike
  • Embrace the mindset of continuous learning and development and actively contribute to all meetings seminars and training sessions
  • Consistent track record of high performance exceeding expectations and raising the bar
  • Reputation as a leader and a hunger for growth and opportunity that drives you through anything you do
