Position Overview:
The Global Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing timely and accurate payroll processing payroll tax compliance employee garnishments expense reporting and commission processing. This role ensures the payroll team delivers quality and timely output while developing their professional capabilities. As the subject matter expert (SME) for SaaS payroll systemsincluding ADP (HRIS) Concur (expense reporting) and Xactly (sales commission tool)the Payroll Manager will drive process improvements compliance and crossfunctional collaboration.

- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across North America ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Supervise payroll tax reporting payments and compliance with federal state and local authorities.
- Manage employee garnishments in accordance with legal requirements.
- Oversee the accurate processing auditing and reporting of employee expense reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation and processing of commissions collaborating with financial analysts.
- Act as the SME for payroll systems leading system updates configurations and crossfunctional collaborations.
- Partner with HR and finance teams for global payroll system implementations and improvements.
- Lead payrollrelated audits process enhancements and compliance initiatives.
- Train and mentor payroll team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Provide accurate payroll reporting and insights to senior management.

- Accuracy and timeliness of payroll commission and tax processing.
- Compliance with payroll tax regulations and garnishment requirements.
- Effective implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and process improvements.
- Strong collaboration with HR finance and crossfunctional teams.
- High levels of employee satisfaction and resolution of payrollrelated inquiries.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelors degree preferred; Associates degree in accounting business or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of payroll processing experience in a highvolume environment 1000 employees).
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in payroll across 40 states.
- Strong experience with SaaS payroll systems (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience processing sales commission calculations in a SaaS commission system (Xactly preferred).
- Payroll experience in Canada is a plus.
- Strong leadership critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks meet strict deadlines and improve processes.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is preferred.
