Summary
The Operations Program Manager (OPM) works closely with the Physical Security Operations Management group to implement global programs and projects. They are responsible for driving client initiatives that support and enable the global datacenter physical security operations. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in delivering enterpriselevel endtoend projects leading client initiatives and possessing gotomarket experience. A successful candidate is experienced in enterprise program management office functions has demonstrated the ability to implement large scale initiatives and the ability to manage a competing portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in collecting business requirements understanding project scope prioritizing tasks and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Essential Functions
Lead the planning and delivery of complex programs and projects across global teams.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones resource allocation and risk management in service to the client operations leadership and Securitas leadership teams.
Monitor program progress and performance identifying and addressing potential issues and dependencies.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among global project teams stakeholders and executive leadership.
Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and execute gotomarket strategies in collaboration with crossfunctional teams Implement and promote best practices in project management.
Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders providing clear and timely updates.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams.
Lead and manage client initiatives building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Present to large groups of stakeholders across the globe using cultural appropriateness and geographic inclusive timing.
At the direction of the Global Manager Program Management performs other duties as assigned to ensure the overall success of the Datacenter Physical Security program.

Minimum QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference depending upon the nature of the position.
Minimum Hiring Standards
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable means of communication and internet connectivity including a cell phone and home wifi.
Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Must have the ability to speak read and write English.
Must have a high school diploma secondary education equivalent or GED.
Must be willing to participate in the Companys preemployment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
Education/Experience
5 years of Project management experience preferably in a global technology company.
Bachelors degree and 3 years of operations related experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job as determined by the company.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering largescale complex projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and best practices
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint Power BI Teams OneNote Project Visio and SharePoint.
Knowledge of risk management datacenter experience or compliance standards is a plus.
Special Requirements
Have a current passport or be able to obtain one.
Able to travel (international or domestic as required) approximately 10 of the time or more occasionally with limited notice.
Able to work evening or weekend hours when required such as during an emergency or highpriority event.
