We are seeking a Production Planner based at our Dee Why site(Sydney Northern Beaches. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient daily weekly and monthly plan for the factory on site. To successful in the role you will be an excel wiz and SAP experience is highly regarded.

A brief summary of the role:

  • Generate and interpret the plans for the system and coordinate daily production / planning meetings setting the plan understandingtheWIPstatusproblem solving etc.
  • Responsible for all machine planning activities within own area in conjunction with maintaining the workflowacrossfactories.
  • Ensuring conformity with plans and specification ensuring engineering standards of quality safety andcost.
  • establishing the schedule issue machine schedule to manufacturing (factory floor).
  • Issue Journey Cards / Ticketing to Process Owners & Designated TeamLeaders.
  • Work proactively with the production team to deliver plan maximise constraints and resolve issues that may impact an effective workflow.
  • Coordinate and manage the WIP levels for given area in line with agreedtargets.
  • Maintain and update production plan/schedule to track current month output performance.
  • Point of contact for commercial in terms of production progress and tracking for own areas(jointspreadsheet)
  • Develop and maintain effective schedule adherence measures forkeymachines
  • Provide full backup support and equivalent coverage in other product areas in timesofabsence
  • Achievement of MonthlySOPPlan
