Job Description
- Deliver a clean enjoyable friendly and safe experience to all guests.
- Maintain the schedule of assigned birthday parties to ensure timely proceedings.
- Present additional offerings such as unlimited soda packages for adults to birthday party organizers.
- Engage with the birthday child during special moments including visits to the DJ Booth and the candlelighting ceremony.
- Attend to the needs of birthday parents and guests ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food for birthday parties.
- Support other rink operations as needed to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Location: Pier 2 Roller Skating Rink Brooklyn Bridge Park 150 Furman Street Brooklyn NY 11201.
- Hours: Parttime primarily on weekends with occasional weekday shifts.
- Compensation: $16.50 per hour.
- Previous experience in customer service or event hosting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and some weekdays.
