Job Description

Customer Service and Logistics Specialist Export (d/f/m)

You will be part of our business unit health and medical solutions and responsible for coordinating and performing all activities ensuring that Export market related orders will be processed on time together will internal and externat partners.

For our Global Warehouse and Distribution Medical we are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist Export (d/f/m) to support our team as soon as possible for a Permanent Position in Fulltime based in Hamburg.

Your Role

  • Coordinate create and process sales orders and invoices for Export customer dispatch

  • Prepare Export documents to support customs clearance according to incoterms and local requirements

  • Collaborate with local Customer Services and Supply Chain to manage outofstock situations for Export countries

  • Analyze Export service complaints implement corrective actions and share information with stakeholders

  • Verify invoices and maintain master data and shipment costing tables identify necessary corrections for process improvement

  • Oversee daily operations of Export Customer Logistics activities ensuring cost efficiency for customers and collaborate with key markets to develop and maintain forecasts & communication

You Identify Yourself With

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international Customer Service or logistics export coordination

  • Knowledge of Logistics operations Export business and experience with Sea and Air freight documentation and processes globally

  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive independent work attitude

  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams influence organizational outcomes and to implement processes

  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office especially Excel

  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; German/Spanish skills are a plus
