Job Description
Bookkeeper Position WOODBRIDGE
$45000 $55000 / Per Year
IN OFFICE
- Accounts payable accounts receivable
- Company & client reconciliations of balances
- Reconciliation of agency and direct bill statements
- Deposit trust funds record EFTs
- NSF notification
- Maintain and analyze the general ledger
- Post transactions
- Reconciliations (bank and cc)
- Tax Returns (Corp payroll GST etc)
- Month End checking reports performance
- RIBO Report preparation
- Finance contract setup withdrawals and maintenance
- Year End and adjusting journal entries
- POSSIBLY payroll pay stubs RSP remittance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Ability to work under high pressure and timelines
- Strong initiative and ability to multitask with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of EPIC Excel Word and SAGE
