Job Description
A growing healthcare company in Brooklyn NY is seeking a fulltime Service Coordination Supervisor to lead a team of Service Coordinators. This role involves ensuring the team effectively communicates with patients via email and phone conducts quarterly inperson visits and maintains accurate compliant documentation. The supervisor will provide guidance support and oversight to ensure highquality service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the Service Coordination team.
- Ensuring timely and effective communication with patients via email phone and inperson visits.
- Managing and updating documentation to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Providing training support and guidance to the team to address patient inquiries and challenges.
- Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies for improvement.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (BA) required.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare documentation and compliance standards is preferred.
Salary: $80k $110k/Year
