Are you an experienced trademark paralegal looking for an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment A leading law and lobbying firm with over 55 years of industry presence is seeking a skilled Trademark Paralegal to join its Las Vegas office.
In this role you will support multiple attorneys in trademarkrelated matters including managing dockets preparing USPTO filings corresponding with clients and assisting with due diligence. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of trademark experience within Intellectual Property and proficiency in docketing software systems (preferably PATTSY).
Compensation
- Salary Range: $87000 $109000 (commensurate with experience)
- Paralegal bonus program
- Overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per week

Candidate Parameters
- 7 years of trademark experience in Intellectual Property
