Job Description
Welcome to The Freelance Firm!We are a national network of experienced highlevel freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote ondemand support for both shortterm and longterm legal projects for our client law firms.We are now interviewing for a contractbased Estate Planning/Probate Administration/Guardianship Paralegal for a dynamic Floridabased firm!Expected hours will be approximately 510 hours per week.
Paralegal Requirements:Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant practice areasStrong research and writing skillsTrial experience able to attend hearings and depositionsPropounding and responding to initial discoveryWell organizedProven ability to meet deadlinesSelfstarter and able to work independently
