We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our community healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive Medicines Optimisation and Medicines Management service including technical advice and support on the safe and secure handling of medicines. This role is essential in supporting medicines optimisation and management in patients homes and working with community healthcare colleagues to ensure seamless patient care across the primary care interface.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role you will provide technical advice and support on the safe and secure handling of medicines support medicines optimisation and management in patients homes and work with community healthcare colleagues to provide seamless patient care. You will also be responsible for education and training working alongside a multidisciplinary district nursing team and being supported by the Lead Pharmacist and District Nursing Clinical Leads
