The B2B Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving impactful marketing efforts that directly support our business growth and sales objectives. We are committed to delivering innovative marketing solutions and fostering meaningful connections with our clients across diverse industries.

In this role you will be essential to ensuring the continued success of our company and our clients by implementing and optimizing marketing initiatives tailored to their needs. Acting as both the voice of our company and a champion for clientfocused solutions you will bring valuable insights propose innovative strategies and drive measurable outcomes.

As a B2B Marketing Specialist you will play a handson role in executing targeted campaigns managing content creation refining accountbased marketing (ABM) efforts and generating highquality leads. Your work will directly contribute to bridging marketing and sales pushing the boundaries of what impactful resultdriven B2B marketing can achieve.

What will be your role

    • Execute and optimize accountbased marketing (ABM) strategies to support sales goals.
    • Plan and manage international events that align with business objectives.
    • Update improve and manage landing pages to increase conversions.
    • Collaborate with the team to propose and implement solutions for ad campaigns analytics and automation tools.
    • Select and manage external agencies identifying areas for outsourcing when needed.
    • Streamline and organize LinkedIn activities for effective outreach and content distribution.
    • Develop and refine content for multiple channels maintaining a professional tone and alignment with sales goals.
    • Drive lead generation campaigns and analyze their performance.
    • Leverage marketing to support sales teams ensuring alignment in achieving business targets.

What you need to bring

    • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation and sales support.
    • Knowledge of accountbased marketing (ABM) and handson experience in implementing related campaigns.
    • Strong skills in event planning and in a B2B context.
    • Proficiency in website management (landing pages basic CMS tools) and ad setup.
    • Ability to assess select and manage external agencies for specific projects.
    • Experience with LinkedIn as a professional tool including content creation and management.
    • A strong content creation mindset with the ability to write and adapt content for various formats.
    • Analytical mindset to track performance optimize campaigns and generate insights.
    • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nicetohave skills

    • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools.
    • Basic design or video editing skills to create or tweak visual content.
