A renowned construction firm now proudly merged with a respected architectural practice is excited to expand its team as part of a new strategic growth initiative. The company is looking to hire 2 more Senior Professionals 1 Senior Architect / 1 Senior Project Technologist).
With the recent merger (now a BCorp recognized firm) this innovative firm is poised to deliver suatainble designed schemes and the ideal candidates will have significant experience in their respective fields an ability to lead teams and a strategic mindset to drive the firms ambitious goals forward.
Roles Available:
- Senior Project Technologist
- Senior Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects from conception to completion ensuring all client requirements are met with excellence.
- Collaborate across disciplinesconstruction design and architectureto foster a unified approach to project delivery.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to junior team members nurturing talent and promoting a culture of innovation and quality.
- Drive business development opportunities strengthening the firms position in the marketplace.
- Oversee project budgeting scheduling and compliance with regulations ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the construction and/or architecture sector with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
- Indepth knowledge of project management design principles construction methodologies and regulatory standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise with clients contractors and internal teams.
- A forwardthinking mindset comfortable working in an integrated environment where design and construction align seamlessly.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g. ARB RIBA MCIAT or equivalent).
