Location: Relocation to London Ontario
Salary: 80k (Based on Experience)

In this role you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for various building projects including HVAC plumbing and fire protection systems. About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer/Designer to join our clients dynamic and growing team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for various building projects including HVAC plumbing and fire protection systems. You will collaborate closely with architects electrical engineers and other professionals to deliver highquality designs that meet client expectations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial residential and industrial buildings.
- Utilize Revit and other design software to develop detailed mechanical plans and drawings.
- Perform load calculations equipment selections and energy modeling to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare technical reports specifications and documentation for project deliverables.
- Stay up to date with industry codes standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in building mechanical systems design with a focus on HVAC and plumbing.
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and HAP
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE local building codes and industry standards.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration with PEO
