In product safety accurate transparent and efficient documentation is a critical part of the work be it for regulatory purposes or to fulfil the high expectations of our consumers customers and other stakeholders.
For our team General Product Safety we are seeking a summer worker who will the responsible for handling the documentation of product safetyrelevant data and documents for our global absorbent hygiene product range. The role will closely collaborate with the product safety specialists and documentation specialists
What You Will Do
- Compiling and collecting product safety assessmentrelevant data and documents from external and internal sources e.g. suppliers test institutes procurement R&D
- Uploading and structuring relevant data and documents into SAP/PLM or other systems as applicable
- Being accountable for the formal correctness of the documentation
- Assisting with the collection and reporting of relevant documentation for internal and external stakeholders both nationally and internationally
Who You Are
You are studying at the university MSC o BSC for relevant degree (scientific and/or administrative) in Chemistry Chemical engineering Chemical Biology Toxicology and might have an experience with SAP/PLMbased document and data management. The candidate should preferably have experience with or affinity to chemical and toxicological content and you find your purpose in being part of a passionate product safety team.
You are a selfleading person who takes responsibility for your tasks and is also a team player. Since Essity is an international company the role requires you to have both verbal and written skills in English.
