Job Title: Qualification Social Worker Older People Mental Health
Location: Salford
Rate: 30.00
An exciting job role has recently become available at Salford City Council. They are looking for a new member for their Older People Mental Health.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will be responsible for understanding and identifying pathways for children that align with their needs and those of their families. You will ensure all recordings are up to date and childfocused reflecting the voice of the child and the impact of their daily lived experience. Engaging in individual and group supervision with practice managers and practice leads will be a key part of your duties. You will attend multiagency meetings reviews and conferences as required representing the Local Authority in both Private and Public Law proceedings. Additionally you will assess evaluate and review programs of work with children young people and families including coordinating services for children who are the subjects of multiagency protection plans or who are in care along with their families.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess postqualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
