Job Description

A job at ChickfilA is more than just a job. Its a steppingstone to a successful future in the world of business.


The Burnsville ChickfilA offers an optional 3 DAY WORK WEEK that allows full time employees to work 6 long days with 7 days off in a row! This would give you a full week of work off every other week while still working 40 hours a week.


The 3 day work week is not a requirement for full time employees just an option to serve certain lifestyles and preferences.


Note: We currently do not have openings for seasonal positions.

As a Front Counter Team Member you will greet guests take and prepare customer orders on the front counter maintain cleanliness observe health and sanitation guidelines and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! Since you will often be the first person our guests see when coming into the restaurant we are looking for caring individuals with a fantastic smile! We will teach you everything else you need to know!


Pay is dependent on performance and availability.
