Our Meineke Car Care Center is an independently owned and operated automotive repair franchise. We currently have an opening for an Automotive Service Advisor in all of our locations.
We pride ourselves on outstanding service and a heavy focus on the shop environment for our employees. Were looking to bring on new Automotive Service Advisors who are excited passionate and look forward to working at a fast pace!
Automotive Service Advisor Benefits:
- Hourly Commissionbased Compensation (starting at $16/hr. commission of gross profit on parts and labor)
- Commission on Sales commission on Services completed
- Company Bonuses and InHouse Spiffs

- Only 5day work weeks
- Companypaid ASE certifications and training
Automotive Service Advisor Requirements:
- At least two years in sales and estimate writing
- Entrylevel technician skills required (Ctech skillset)
- At least one year of working with customers and automotive technicians
- A valid drivers license with a clean driving record required
- Very competent in navigating computers and estimating software
- Willingness to undergo a background check/drug screening
- The position is fulltime five days per week
- Excellent appearance and verbal & written communication skills!
Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Answering phones greeting customers and consistently following up
- Evaluating customer concerns preparing the proper work order and communicating that between customers and our techs
- Selecting proper parts preparing written estimates presenting estimates to customers and ordering whats needed
- Completing basic automotive services (i.e. oil changes basic brake repairs alignments tire mount and balance etc.
- Participating in training when required
- Key Holder Opening/Closing the store location when needed
