Construction Project Manager: Large Scale Automotive Construction Projects
A highly successful Company with a facility in the Columbus OH area is currently seeking several experienced Project Managers in their Industrial Construction Group for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. Project Manager salaries are anticipated to be $125000 $150000/year based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including Bonuses medical dental 401k matching and more!
Qualified candidates will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experience:
* 3 years of Process Engineering experience with Paint Finishing Systems or 3 years of similar Process Engineering experience
* Bachelors degree in Construction Management (or closely related BS degree) or an Associates of Science Degree with relevant experience.
* Recent and relevant experience managing Heavy Industrial Construction Rigging or Equipment Installation projects.
* Industrial Ventilation or Paint Finishing Installation Projects are a benefit.
* Experience controlling projects to achieve minimal manufacturing costs and schedule targets.
* Excellent technical communication skills for working with customers contractors labor and staff.
* Excellent skills with scheduling time management and deadlines. MS Project and Primavera experience is beneficial.
* Solid skills with leading teams ensuring the project schedule is executed etc.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings AutoCAD / Revit is beneficial.
* Must be willing to travel up to 35 overnight when needed andable to complete standard background reference drug screen etc.
