sennder is a European digital freight forwarder looking for a People Operations Manager to join ourpeople team.
As the Senior Manager People Operations you will play a key role in leading operational excellence within the People Department. You will oversee and lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle ensuring seamless processes from onboarding to offboarding. Acting as a trusted advisor to employees and stakeholders you will drive impactful initiatives while collaborating with teams across our European offices.
This role is based in our Wroclaw office and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our people function in a dynamic scaleup environment. You will report to the Sr. Director of Total Rewards and People Experience.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL ...
- Oversee and optimize the full employee lifecycle ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Lead HR process harmonization and improvement postacquisition.
- Drive strategic projects leveraging technology to enhance operations.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align HR strategies and initiatives.
- Provide datadriven insights to support decisionmaking.
- Build and develop a highperforming People Operations team across Europe.
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
PREFERABLY YOU HAVE ...
- Experience in HR operations including contract management labor law compliance visa processes and payroll.
- Proven ability to manage complex HR processes in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Experience in integrating and transferring HR Processes such as payroll employee services on and offboarding
- Excellent communication skills in English. Another European language is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a customerfocused mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience working in a scaleup or international environment is a plus.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills in English and other EU language
