Our intelligent production control software enables cement and concrete to be produced with the precision needed for the sustainable products of the future. Our software is used 24/7 in cement and concrete plants to optimize production and significantly reduce CO emissions - starting today.

Requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the entire sales cycle for new and existing customers from initial contact to contract renewal.
  • Sales of our SaaS solutions for the cement industry in the DACH region and key growth markets in Europe LATAM and the US.
  • In-depth analysis of customer needs and technical requirements to develop tailored solutions.
  • Creation of solid business cases that clearly demonstrate added value.
  • Delivery of compelling presentations and WebApp demos along with contract negotiations at all decision-making levels.
  • Monitoring of market and competitive developments to identify new opportunities and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
  • Representation of alcemy at industry conferences and associations to strengthen our network and market presence.
  • Close collaboration with Business Development and Marketing to generate leads.
  • Support of the Customer Success team in growing and maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Cooperation with the Product team to prioritize and relay customer feedback.
  • Diligent maintenance of the CRM system and all sales-related activities.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed university degree with excellent results ideally complemented by experience in the cement industry.
  • At least 23 years of experience in B2B sales along with strong technical understanding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills excellent communication abilities and confident negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and developing customer relationships.
  • Independent reliable and ambitious work style paired with a high level of innovation and empathy.
  • Authentic presence high integrity and outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization abilities and resilience under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel and fluency in both German and English.
