What youll be responsible for:
Reporting to the VP Business Development Americas you will be a senior leader driving strategic partnerships and ecosystem initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering on ambitious business objectives aligned with Circles growth strategy.
Establishing and expanding strategic partnerships with major global organizations including crypto exchanges to drive the adoption and growth of USDC.
Executing and overseeing commercial deals across diverse ecosystem segments for Circles suite of products and services.
Designing and operationalizing a robust growth program to maximize ROI across partner and ecosystem initiatives.
Developing innovative partnership strategies that leverage Circles assets while integrating partner capabilities to drive business growth.
Bringing strategic and operational rigor to the Ecosystem Partnerships and Global Business team.
What youll work on:
Develop and execute a comprehensive gotomarket (GTM) and partnership strategy for key ecosystem segments and accounts.
Originate and manage a portfolio of strategic opportunities driving partnership momentum executing GTM plans and validating beta products.
Foster a culture of high integrity collaboration customer focus and datadriven decisionmaking within the team.
Establish and maintain strong executive relationships with key decisionmakers at major organizations including the worlds largest centralized exchanges.
Identify and develop new programs resources and capabilities required to close highimpact business opportunities and achieve company OKRs.
Provide regular reporting and clear communication on key KPIs metrics and partnership performance.

What youll bring to Circle:
13 years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Partner Management.
Deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
Proven ability to negotiate and secure highimpact strategic deals with Clevel executives.
Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to hire onboard and develop highperforming teams.
Expertise in pipeline management and prioritization across a broad set of initiatives to drive business growth.
Passion for building and refining company processes especially in earlystage business development initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment fostering longterm relationships that support partners and customers in their success.

Starting pay is determined by various factors including but not limited to: relevant experience skill set qualifications and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range:
$230000 $285000
