Hi Noon Hospitality (Buck & Rider & Ingos Tasty Food) is hiring a Staff Accountant who is ready to embrace our exciting growth. This role will report directly to the CFO and works with little supervision. The Staff Accountant is responsible for fullcycle accounting for all stores and related entities including sales tax filing account reconciliations analysis of monthend financials etc.
Day in the Life:
Responsible for timely sales tax filings bank and credit card reconciliations.
Maintains balance sheet reconciliations in established corporate format ensuring all reconciling items are investigated and resolved.
Prepare and review monthly financials and reports results to CFO for review.
Responsible for variance analysis and financials for assigned entities.
Maintains fixed asset files and schedules.
Analyze the business processes for efficiencies and reviews financials monthly to determine potential costsavings.
Prepares journal entries accruals analysis and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process.
Meet processing and reporting deadlines.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:
Full cycle experience required
3 years experience required
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Business/Finance preferred
Advanced computer skills: Outlook Excel Data entry etc.
Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment is a must
Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers restaurant staff and executives
Exposure to highly confidential information
MultiEntity experience would be a bonus!
