The Product Training Specialist will assist with conducting customer technical training needs including determination of appropriate training content. This role will use specialized software technology to research configure maintain and update training materials for customer training.
YOUR IMPACT:
Assist in leading technical instruction both presentation based and hands on to an audience of customers on various vehicle platforms.
Assist in the curriculum development of course content by providing technical support and vehicle knowledge.
Participate in course content reviews and pilot courses.
Provide feedback from customers on course content and vehicle support.
Assist in training material updates by providing technical and procedural change information necessary to maintain currency of course materials.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Experience in heavy truck operation and maintenance.
Ability to travel 60.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical and mechanical aptitude.
Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
Experience conducting training to a variety of audiences.
